This fun snowflake headband has an array of plastic beads in clear and blues. Each is topped with silver glitter acrylic paint and was attached with E600 to assure longevity and water resistance.
The hard, plastic headband is covered with white material and has a soft, non-slip fabric on the inside for maximum comfort. It is 1" thick, 5" in diameter, and fits head circumference 15-23".
