This fun snowflake headband is a perfect accessory for your winter event.
The hard, plastic headband is covered with white material and has a soft, non-slip fabric on the inside for maximum comfort. It is 1" thick, 5" in diameter, and fits head circumference 15-23".
Silver glitter acrylic paint makes the glitter both secure and water resistant. The stacked, plastic snowflake beads with a seed bead atop are both sewn and glued to the headband to assure their security. The plastic snowflake buttons are secured with E600.
